Choose colours carefully to create an overlapping effect and a riot of colour. I prefer to use prints in a project to keep myself interested and struggle to just use solids. By adding accents in blenders, it keeps me happy!
Requirements:
3/4 yard grey solid
1 yard each of red, yellow, bright blue and white solid
A fat quarter each of a light blue, orange, pink and green print or solid
7/8 yards binding fabric
2 1/2 yards 90" wide batting
6 yards backing fabric
