This quilt is a two block design designed with jelly rolls strips, ideal for beginners that want to move on from sewing together squares and rectangles.
Requirements:
25 jelly rolls strips, or strips cut at 2 ½” x WOF (width of fabric)
1 ½ yards (1.4m) white solid
¾ yard (0.7m) blue accent fabric
2 yards (1.9m) 90” wide wadding (or Throw size, 60” x 60” precut batting if quilting it yourself)
3 ½ yards (3.2m) backing fabric
½ yard (0.5m) binding fabric A
6 ½” x 12” ruler (or larger) with a 45-degree line.
Alternatively, you can use a 90/45 triangle ruler at least 6 ½” tall.
